Q: Where are the products come from? Is it suitable for Malay users?
A: All our product are carefully produced at strict quality control and all material are 'Halal' in order to fulfill Malaysian's demand.We have our own factory at China, Indonesia and Thailand to produce guaranteed quality and quantity for supply to all retailer & dealer around the world

Q: Can I bargain for cheaper price?
A: Sorry but no, the price shown is fixed but we do have promotions from time to time. You can also request for wholesale price if purchase 12 items & above. (Only applicable for 12 items per category:- 12 bags / 12 clothes / 12 perfume

Q: Are the products preorder or ready stocks?
A: All the products are Ready Stocks. Why? We don't want you to wait so long for them. In fact we have many new arrivals every weeks and we have the most updated collections compared to other online shops!

Q: Is the shipping free of charge?
A: No, the price shown does not include shipping fee yet. You can check our shipping rates at Shipping & Delivery. Shipping fees are to bear by customer.

Q: Do you have a physical shop I can purchase from?
A: Sorry we have warehouse but its not available for any walk in or self collect. All purchase strictly by online only.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase quantity I must buy?
A: No, you can buy at 1 pc only

Q: Can I have more discount if I purchase in bulk?
A: Yes sure, you can directly purchase at wholesale price if meet our wholesale requirement.

Q: Is there any charges apply when we register an account at your website?
A: No. its free of charge

Q: How to know whether the stock are still available?
A: Its easy, you can check the status at each product as show at Item Availability.

Q: How to know the measurement?
A: All available measurement is stated at the Description, you can see it after click the products. Its situated at below the product

Q: How to know whether the products have other color?
A: You can check it at the Related product,you can see it just below the product

Payment Enquiries

Q: How do I make payment?
A: You can  make payment to us through Online Transfer, Cash Deposit, ATM Transfer, or Interbank Transfer.

    Online Transfer - Make payment with online banking (E-Banking). Our company bank are Maybank , Cimb , Public Bank & Bank Simpanan Nasional
    Cash Deposit - Make payment at the local banks that we are using directly.
    ATM Transfer - Make payment with the ATM machine at at the local banks that we are using directly.
    Interbank Transfer - Make payment between 2 different banks (e.g. RHB to CIMB Bank). This method requires about 1-2 business days to process.

Q: Which bank do you accept?
A: You can check out our payment details at Payment.

Q: What do I need to do after I have made the transfer?
A: You can check out our payment details at Payment.

Q: What about my balance if I pay more than the order amount because cash deposit does not accept RM1 note?
A: Your extra balance will be credited into your account, you can then use it for future purchase. All balance can be checked in your account after Log In

Q: What should I do if I make 2 payments with different amount for the same order? (e.g. I pay RM20 then RM30 again for a RM50 order)
A: No worries, kindly submit the payment notification based on your transaction. (e.g. one payment notifcation with RM20, then another one with RM30)

Q: If my order amount is RM75, and I have transferred RM80, how should I fill up the Payment Notification form?
A: Kindly submit payment notification with the same amount that you have transferred (RM80).

Shipment Enquiries

Q: Which courier company are you using?
A: We use several courier company to ensure the fastest delivery. You can check out our Shipping Information . You can also choose your prefered courier company during checkout of your respective order

Q: How long does it take to proceed my order?
A: Its fast :) We post on the same day if payment are received & notified before 2pm on weekdays

Q: I haven't receive my order and I have paid it since long?
A: Kindly check your order status at My Order whether it is "Shipped" or not. If the status is "Shipped", you can track your order at related courier company with the Tracking ID provided. In most case, buyer forgot to inform us after make payment, so do remember to email us at after make payment.

Q: My parcel have return to your company because the postman could not reach me after some time, what should i do?
A: You need to contact our customer service via "Contact us", please be reminded that you need to bare the new postage fee for your order.
